  1. Our college shall delimit the ways in which personal information such as names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, may be collected for the purposes, and shall utilize such information properly.
  2. Our college shall establish appropriate means to enable safe maintenance and management of the personal information we collect. Efforts shall be made to prevent any unauthorized access to and any loss, alteration, or leakage of such information.
  3. The personal information collected shall be maintained solely. Approval shall be obtained from the individual concerned prior to his/her personal information to any other organization or third party.
  4. For our contractors’ services, personal information may be handled by outsourcing under the agreement and the appropriate management. Individuals may request the suspension of this use.
