学習目標(到達目標) After completing the course students will understand how international human rights are applied in Japan. Students will learn how Japan's domestic human rights history developed and how Japan’s human rights performance is assessed by the United Nations.
授業概要(教育目的) Students will learn how to organize and debate legal argument in a courtroom setting. Students will use their knowledge gained by studying the international human rights law system.
