学習目標(到達目標) Students will learn to write four types of paragraphs: description, opinion, compare/contrast, problem/solution. In the second term, students will practice academic essays and business reports: clear topic, logical organization, strong evidence and smooth writing style.
授業概要(教育目的) Review basic writing skills: brainstorm ideas, clear topic, grammar, sentence structure.
Learn advanced writing skills: essay outline & structure, introduction & conclusion, unity & coherence, research & citation.
Practice both academic essays and business reports.
