学習目標(到達目標) Drucker 経営学説の特質の理解に努めるとともに、その批判的検討を行う。
授業概要(教育目的) 前期につづいて、Maciariello の協力のもとに2008年に刊行されたDruckerの著書、MANAGEMENT,Revised Edition　の内容の要約を、履修者に毎回、１章ごと報告してもらい、それをめぐって、検討する。
