Students will learn to write four types of paragraphs: description, opinion, compare/contrast, problem/solution. In the second term, students will practice academic essays and business reports: clear topic, logical organization, strong evidence and smooth writing style. |

Learn advanced writing skills: essay outline & structure, introduction & conclusion, unity & coherence, research & citation.

授業形式 |
Class time will be used to introduce / explain new topics. Most textbook exercises and writing will be done as homework. The final test in each term will be a writing assignment. |
