学習目標(到達目標) This class will deal with shorter writing genres in English, starting from the paragraph level, and working up to a several-page academic essay by the end of the year. The final essay will be a final report on a student-conducted original research project.
授業概要(教育目的) 1. write a well-organized paragraph;
2. Write short essays in correct academic English;
3. improve academic English flow;
4. clearly express critiques and conclusions in English;
5. work on improving one's written English;
6. learn APA citation style;
7. write a research report.
