授業形式 This course focuses on real stories from Japanese and international newspapers. In addition to developing advanced reading and discussion skills we will emphasise analysis and explanation of the issues by giving presentations that draw on the socioeconomic and geographical background.

参考文献 英語を含む世界地図を持参し、英字の新聞を毎週、日本語の新聞を毎日読んでてください。
オフィスアワー(授業相談) 原則としては水曜日のお昼ですが、出来ればその前日までに口頭やメールで連絡してください。
事前学習の内容など，学生へのメッセージ Relevant news topics may be sent out to students before each class, but otherwise we will go through the news articles in the textbook. In addition to the news, background geographical, political and economic data should be studied and there will be an important quizz every week.
