令和２年度入学式の中止について / Regarding the Cancellation of the Entrance Ceremony for the 2020 Academic Year

新型コロナウイルス感染症については、日本国内においても感染拡大が認められていることに鑑み、入学式は中止します。
なお、当日は新入生ガイダンスを下記のとおり実施いたします。

令和２年度新入生ガイダンスについて

■令和２年度新入生ガイダンス

（学部）
新入生ガイダンスは令和2年4月1日(水)または4月2日(木)のいずれかの日に、学科別に実施する予定です。
集合の日時につきましては3月24日(火)を目途にホームページにて案内いたしますのでご確認ください。

（大学院）
期日　令和2年4月4日（土）
集合　午前10時
場所　経済学部7号館教室

※各会場収容人数の都合により、新入生のみを対象とさせていただきたく、保護者のご来場はご遠慮くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

開催にあたっては、下記の点についてご協力をお願いします。 　・海外から帰国した日から14日間は大学構内への入校はできません。 　　従って、3月18日(水)（大学院生は3月21日(土)）までに帰国できない学生は、出席をご遠慮ください。 　・体調が優れない場合は、出席をご遠慮ください。 　　　風邪の症状や37.5℃以上の発熱が4日以上続いている状態 　　　強いだるさ（倦怠感）や息苦しさ（呼吸困難）がある状態 　・入館の際には、マスクを着用してください。 　・会場等に入室する際は、アルコール消毒を行ってください。

Regarding the Cancellation of the Entrance Ceremony for the 2020 Academic Year

In view of the outbreak of the novel coronavirus in Japan, Nihon University College of Economics (NUCE) has decided to cancel the entrance ceremony for the 2020 academic year, which was originally scheduled to be held on April 1. NUCE, however, will hold new student guidance sessions as follows:

Regarding new student guidance for the 2020 academic year

■New student guidance for the 2020 academic year

(Guidance for New Undergraduate Students)
Each department will hold new student guidance sessions on either April 1 (Wed.) or April 2 (Thurs.).
The time and date will be announced on the college website around March 24 (Tues.), so please check the website continuously.
　

(Guidance for New Graduate Students)
Time and Date: 10:00 am on April 4 (Wed.), 2020
Venue: Designated classroom in Building 7
　

* Due to the capacity of each venue, only new students are invited. We kindly ask that parents refrain from entering the building.

Please note the following points regarding new student guidance. ・ You cannot enter the college buildings for 14 days from the date when you return from overseas. Therefore, students who do not return to Japan by March 11 (Wed.) should refrain from attending the ceremony. ・ If you do not feel well, please refrain from attending. If you have cold symptoms, a fever of 37.5℃ or higher for more than 3 days, severe drowsiness (malaise) or shortness of breath (dyspnea), please refrain from attending. ・ Please wear a mask when entering the main building. ・ Please disinfect your hands with the alcohol sanitizer at the main building entrance.
